Galaxy Watch 7 may have been leaked ‘unintentionally’ on Amazon’s official store; look

The Galaxy Watch 7 may have leaked on the official Amazon store in Canada. The retailer listed the new model early, revealing details about the 40mm model weeks before the next Galaxy Unpacked.

The leak was recorded in a print, therefore it is impossible to guarantee its authenticity. The image reveals possible details of the 40mm Galaxy Watch 7 model, followed by a short list of new features that describe the product.

According to the page, the new Galaxy Watch 7 is equipped with a new 3 nm chipset (perhaps the Exynos W940) “to improve efficiency and fluidity”, and features the BioActive 2 sensor, providing better heart rate monitoring during physical exercises or during sleep.

O Samsung’s new smart watch can also be personalized with an “AI Companion”. From what the name and description suggest, the new feature will be like a package of tools with artificial intelligence, acting on sleep monitoring, physical exercise and communication.

In this same package, “Galaxy AI smart reply” is also included. The resource must use artificial intelligence to prepare responses to messages received on the cell phone and synchronized with the watch, but considering the tone and context of the conversation.

Price and release date

Finally, the sales page shows that the Galaxy Watch 7 could cost around CAD$358.50 (R$1,430, in direct conversion). Amazon also mentions that the product will be launched on July 10th this year.

The Galaxy Watch 7 should be presented at the next Galaxy Unpacked, scheduled to take place on July 10th this year. The event will be hosted in Paris, France, days before the opening of the 2024 Olympic Games.

In addition to the watch, Samsung will take advantage of the occasion to present the new foldables of the year: the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6. The event will also serve to showcase “a world of possibilities” with artificial intelligence for cell phones.
