Samsung began selling the Music Frame in Brazil this Friday (5). Launched in January of this year, the sound system follows the proposal of the The Frame family of smart TVs, serving not only as a home appliance, but also a decorative item.

The Music Frame was formally introduced to the Brazilian market in May of this year. The smart speaker features an elegant construction, similar to a picture framewhich allows you to use it as part of the furniture.

Internally, the Music Frame features a 3-way speaker with Dolby Atmos support. Device connectivity is via Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz or Bluetooth 5.2.

Sound adjustment is done with Automatic Equalization, taking advantage of AI SpaceFit Sound Pro sensors, which evaluate the environment and adjust the sound according to the room conditions.

O Music Frame can also be used to complement an existing sound system.. The device can be synchronized with other Samsung devices (smart TVs and soundbars, for example) to play in harmony.

As it is a smart speaker, Alexa and Google Home are natively present, allowing you to integrate the speaker into your home system. Naturally, Samsung’s SmartThings is also present and allows direct control via your cell phone.

Price and availability

O Samsung Music Frame is sold at the suggested price of R$2,999 in Samsung’s online store. The speaker can also be found at major retailers in the country.

The model for sale in Brazil is identified as Music Frame LS60D, available exclusively in black. The speaker costs R$2,849.05 on Samsung’s official website.
