The technology will be possible due to the custom 50 MP OmniVision sensor that Xiaomi will include in these devices. This sensor should be 1 to 1.3 cm wide.

The sensor with anti-reflective coating will also be present in the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, the most advanced device in the line. This will also feature a periscopic lens, which could make the cell phone a strong competitor for the new top-of-the-line phones from Samsung, Apple, Oppo, Huawei and others.
