Asus took advantage of Computex 2024 to present an entire set of high-performance notebooks. The new Zenbook and the Asus ProArt line promise high performance with the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, crystal clear images thanks to high-resolution OLED displays and an extremely elegant body.

The Asus ProArt family is made up of three devices, namely the ProArt P16 (H7606), the ProArt PX13 (HN7306) and the ProArt PZ13 — each with a distinct usability proposal. As for the neighboring lineup, there is only the Zenbook S16.

All ads focus on delivering high performance in a compact and well-structured body. The technical sheet differs on important points, such as graphic processing.

Asus Zenbook S16

The highlight for those looking for the most discreet notebook possible is the Asus Zenbook S16. The model features a 16″ screen in 3K OLED resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate in a body just 1.1 cm thick.

Inside, the Zenbook S16 features the recently announced AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor. The chipset is made up of 12 CPU cores (24 threads), a base clock of 2 GHz and a boost clock of up to 5.1 GHz. To top it off, The device supports storage of up to 2 TB on SSD and is sold with up to 32 GB of RAM.

Built with the aluminum ceramic coating present in the Zenbook 14X, the Zenbook S16 is powered by a 78 Wh battery — which promises good autonomy, depending on the efficiency of the Ryzen AI 9 — and delivers a sound experience with 6 speakers from Harman Kardon .

New Asus ProArt

The Asus ProArt family continues with the proposal to deliver versatile machines and cutting-edge hardware. The star of the family is the Asus ProArt 16, practically a more compact version of the ProArt Studiobook, which features a Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 chipset and a GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, more than capable of presenting images on the 16″ OLED display in resolution 4K (60Hz).

Following a different proposal, the ProArt PX13 is a hybrid machine similar to the ROG Flow X13. Inside, there is the same AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, accompanied by an Nvidia GeForce 4060 GPU. The OLED screen features 2.8K resolution, HDR support and touch input.

Finally, there is the Asus ProArt PZ13. Focused on portability, the hybrid model is complemented by a removable keyboard, with a structure similar to the Microsoft Surface Pro. Inside, it incorporates a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus.

Price and availability

All notebooks presented by Asus focus on the premium market, so the prices are quite high. Check out:

  • Asus Zenbook S16: from US$1,400 (R$7,330, in direct conversion);
  • Asus ProArt P16: from US$ 1.9 thousand (~R$ 9,950);
  • Asus ProArt PX13: from US$ 3.6 thousand (~R$ 18,850);
  • Asus ProArt PZ13 no price was revealed.

The Asus Zenbook S16, ProArt P16 and ProArt PX13 are available for pre-order. The ProArt PZ13 will hit retail in the third quarter of this year. There is no forecast for the models to debut in Brazil.
